2. Shop Owner Responsibilities
Shop owners are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their public business profile name, turnaround baselines, and front desk tablet security.
3. Service Availability SLA
WaitLink guarantees 99.9% uptime for Google Cloud Firestore real-time sync across all registered shop channels.
